BPM’s Annual General Members’ Meeting took place on April 3, 2014 at Selikor’s auditorium. The Board presented BPM’s 2013 Annual Report as well as plans for this year in BPM’s Year Operational Plan (YOP).

During the meeting the Board announced that two Board members were stepping down according to the rotation schedule for Board members: Green Tree Curacao represented by Ms. Rajvee Kroll and Aqualectra represented by Mr. Karel Tujeehut. In addition Mr. Karel Tujeehut / Aqualectra announced that he was stepping down as Chairman of BPM’s Board. Both member businesses were re-elected by the members and there will be a new representative of Aqualectra on the Board.

After the meeting members had a chance to mingle with each other during a networking hour.
